Prescription requests can be dropped into reception, sent via the post with a self addressed envelope, by fax or by email.
You may also register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.
Please visit the reception and provide a form of identity and proof of address. The reception then will be able to provide you with a user name and password and instructions on how to use this service. This is an additional service to help our patients by offering alternative means of booking appointments and ordering their prescriptions. You are more than welcome to continue ordering your prescriptions the way you are doing so far if you wish not to participate in this.
Prescription requests cannot be taken over the telephone.
Please allow 2 working days for prescriptions to be ready for collection. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Prescriptions may take up to the end of the 2nd day to be ready for collection. Please only request your prescription 7 days before the due date. If you are going away and therefore making an early request, please highlight this on the paperwork.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
