The Practice Surgeries Limited operates Bramingham Park Medical Centre practice for NHS Luton CCG. The practice team aims to provide the highest quality care to our patients.
We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
Coronavirus
Please do not come into the surgery if you or a member of your household has any of the following symptoms: a fever, a new continuous cough or a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia). Please stay at home and self-isolate for 14 days.
We have changed the way we book our appointments in response to the latest Government guidance on COVID-19. All patients who request any type of appointment will first be telephoned by a clinician. The clinician will assess you and determine how best to meet your care needs. If you do not need to come into the surgery, you will be given the appropriate self-care advice, treatment and information on what to do if you become more unwell. You will be offered an appointment if it is essential for you to be seen face to face. Thank you for your cooperation during this time.
The latest COVID-19 guidance and information can be from here gov.uk and at nhs.uk.
COVID-19 Vaccination Update
Working together with other practices in our Primary Care Network (PCN), we are now able to offer the COVID-19 vaccination to patients aged 80 and over who are registered with our group of practices. Eligible patients registered with this practice will be invited to receive the vaccination, at Beech Mill Methodist Church, 385A Dunstable Rd, Maidenhall, Luton, LU4 8BY.
Please help us to manage our time and do not contact us to book a COVID-19 vaccination, as all eligible patients will be contacted by us and invited to attend a vaccination appointment.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
Are you a Carer?
Do you look after someone some can't get by without your help? If the answer is yes, have you told us that you are a Carer? To find out how we can support you as a carer, please fill in our Carers Questionnaire and hand it to reception. Further information on accessing support as a carer can be found here.
Take the Friends & Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.
Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.
